In order to configure alerts and/or alarms on the sensors, we must first access the Nesmote page where the sensors are located. To do this we must go to "Nesmotes" (2) in the "Devices" section (1) as indicated in the following image.
To go to the Nesmote page we will have to click on the name of the Nesmote in the table (3). Once we are on the page with the sensor graphs, on the right of each graph, we can configure alerts and alarms by clicking on the "Configure" text and then clicking on "Alerts/Alarms", as shown in the following image:
When we click on it, the following dialog will appear:
In the image above, the CO2 sensor that we saw in the first image has been configured to notify us with an alert if the CO2 value remains above 650 particles per million for 5 minutes and to notify us immediately with an alarm if at any time the value of the CO2 sensor goes above 700 particles per million. For proper operation, we must configure at least one email or a phone number to receive SMS notifications. Once the configuration is finished, we must click on the "Send" button to establish it on the device. If a sensor already has alerts and alarms configured, these can be re-configured within the "Configure" menu by clicking on "Alerts/Alarms.". It is also possible to delete the current configuration of alerts and alarms from the sensor from the same "Configure" menu, by clicking on "Delete Alerts/Alarms".
